Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase upon receipt, you can send it back for a refund, repair or replacement. We document all steps of creation, finishing and packaging. Obvious signs of heavy use or abuse of product will negate all returns or refunds. Daily wear and tear will not be grounds for refund/repair/replacement. Shipping damage will be negotiated between us and our shipping providers.
